I deleted sentence "After fatally shooting President John F. Kennedy, Governor John Connally, and Dallas patrolman J.D. Tippit earlier that day..." for the simple reason that it was never proven that he actually did it, not in the court of law at least.McMixy (talk) 20:59, 17 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

The film on the screen at the Texas Theatre when Oswald entered was War Is Hell, which started at 1:20 p.m., not Cry of Battle, which was not scheduled to begin until 2:45 p.m. Oswald was apprehended at approximately 1:45 p.m.
